Shellseekers Fish & Game founder Darren Brown started scallop diving to earn some extra money while he was in the Royal Navy, and it was his love of this hobby and the sea that eventually led him to the birth of his business. Diving off the Dorset coast, the scallops Darren and his team collect by hand are highly prized and have found their way into some of the best kitchens in the country and the same can also be said for many of his other products.
